An IndiGo flight from Navi Mumbai to Srinagar came into contact with a pole while being parked at Srinagar airport on Friday morning, as news agency ANI reported quoting airport officials.IndiGo flight 6E 225, operated by aircraft VT-NOG, arrived at Srinagar airport and struck the VDGS pole during the parking process at around 9:02 am.All passengers and crew members on board were safe, and no injuries were reported, according to Srinagar airport authorities.“IndiGo flight 6E 225, operating from Navi Mumbai to Srinagar on today came in contact with a parking stand pole during parking, after safely landing at Srinagar International Airport. All customers and crew are safe and have deplaned the aircraft. In line with established protocols, the relevant authorities were immediately informed, and together we are investigating the matter” IndiGo said in a statement.Airport operations continued normally following the incident.
